Cardio Training is an important element for reaching your peak, as it strengthens the heart and lungs, improves endurance and boosts overall work, while also improving recovery time.ā
Aerobic Training- Involves steady, continuous activities. Such as Jogging or Cycling. ā
Anaerobic Training- Involves short, high intensity bursts of effort. Such as Sprinting or Interval training.

Our training evolves around numerous types of aspects such as improving agility, reaction time and overall athletic performance, which will help athletes move faster, jump higher and change direction more effectively.

Our competitions runs once a month for Adults and Juniors with a variety of different sessions with prizes to be won!

My name is Chris Bell, a Level 2 and 3 qualified Personal Trainer with five years of experience coaching with a range of ages. I am PVG checked and hold a First Aid qualification, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone I work with.
I’m passionate about boosting confidence into people and helping them build a strong, healthy mindset. With four years of playing experience at Partick Thistle and a season spent playing in Germany, I bring both professional knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for developing others through sport and fitness.
